View the property from the street (please do not enter onto the property).


Attend an open home or contact us to arrange a viewing of the property. Potential tenants need to view a property before they apply.


Download or collect an application form. Each person who will be living in the property must complete an application form and provide a copy of their NZ Driver's licence or Passport and Visa.


hoamztorent will process your application(s) and check all required references. Applications are generally processed within 48 hours.


If accepted, a time will be arranged for you to discuss the tenancy agreement and sign the necessary paper work. The initial payment would also be settled at this time.


A thorough entry inspection of the property is completed by the Property Manager prior to you moving in. You will be given this to view and sign.
