Working hard to achieve her goals comes as second nature to this forthright Southlander. Since a young age Paula’s seen where she wanted to go and toiled to get there.

Paula’s a natural when it comes to taking care of others – from raising her family, to spending time tutoring others in essential sales and office skills, right through to her last decade of experience in caring for owners’ properties. Getting into property management because she ‘loves a challenge’, Paula’s passion for everything she takes on in life shines through in her achievements. A ‘South Island property manager of the year’ award is one of many recognitions of her great tradition of service.

Not only does Paula bring a catalog of life skills and experience to the job, but also a great flair for presenting a property ‘just so’. A dedicated sewing and renovating enthusiast, she’s run up many a curtain and painted a plethora of walls in her quest for beautiful interiors.

Michelle comes from an extensive background in administration and business support and her passion for real estate has grown since husband Dave entered the industry.  Michelle is delighted to be a part of the hoamz to rent team in Invercargill and working alongside highly experienced Property Manager, Paula New.   

Weekends you can find her in sneakers on the netball court or gumboots on the rugby field sidelines supporting her children in their sports or walking our Southern streets with the family dog delivering pamphlets – no opportunity is missed.  Real estate is a family affair and it was only a matter of time before Michelle came to join the hoamz team.
